Job Summary
Floor Staff at Regal theatres handling Box Office, Concession, or Usher duties with focus on guest service, cash handling, ticketing, upselling Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX), and adherence to MPAA ratings, dress code, and safety policies. Roles may be scheduled as part-time across multiple shifts, require alcohol certification where applicable, attendance, reliability, and the ability to operate POS systems, manage crowd flow, and assist guests in locating seats. Training includes Regal Responsible Beverage Server and material on sexual harassment and discrimination; strong communication and math skills essential for accurate cash handling and customer interactions.
