Job Summary
Floor Staff are part-time theatre roles (Concession, Box Office, or Usher) focused on providing exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include operating the concession POS system and handling cash, upselling, promoting Regal Crown Club, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, enforcing MPAA ratings, assisting guests to seats, and performing opening/closing duties as assigned. The role may require alcohol service certification where applicable and adherence to training on harassment and discrimination. Strong communication, math, and customer service skills are essential, with ability to stand and move for shifts and lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
