Job Summary
Floor Staff must provide exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles, operate POS systems, handle cash and payments, upsell Premium Viewing experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX), promote Regal Crown Club, ensure compliance with MPAA ratings, maintain cleanliness, and follow training on safety, harassment, and discrimination; positions may be part-time or variable hour with attendance and flexibility expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Cast certification program completion (as cast member and box office cashier or progress towards completion)
- Alcohol certification and training as applicable
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training (Regal Online University)
