Job Summary
Credit Support Analyst in the Dealer Solutions team who audits dealership inventory for serial numbers, verifies MSO/Title for unseen inventory, prepares inventory audit summaries with dealer contacts, maintains knowledge of floor plan credit policy, assesses compliance with credit agreements for a borrower portfolio, identifies defaults and covenant breaches, interprets financial covenants, ensures correct setup of co-borrowers and guarantors, conducts credit analysis, monitors financial covenants, calculates cash flow and leverage ratios per credit terms, manages time to meet quality and SLA targets, with travel required nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of credit agreement terms and financial covenants
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies and procedures accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to perform tasks accurately by following well-defined procedures
- Valid driver license and auto insurance
- Willingness and ability to travel overnight nationwide as required
