Floor Nurse RN or LPN 7am-3pm

Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shifts. Serve as a resource to all staff regarding service quality while managing nursing personnel to limit overtime and agency use. Provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments per policy, and carry out physician orders. Conduct regular staff meetings on each shift to provide updates to the Director of Nursing. Assess work performance of nursing staff against unit standards and goals. Maintain consistent care delivery in alignment with company missions, policies, and state/federal regulations.
