Floor Nurse RN or LPN 11pm-7am

Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction during the 11pm-7am supervisory shift. Serve as a resource for staff regarding service quality and provide direct resident care, including administering medications and carrying out physician orders. Manage nursing personnel to limit overtime and agency use, while assessing staff performance against unit standards. Conduct regular shift meetings and provide updates to the Director of Nursing. Maintain care delivery consistency with company missions, policies, and state/federal regulations.
