Floor Nurse (LPN or RN)

Provide skilled nursing care and oversee resident health and wellness while administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor resident conditions, report changes to physicians, and maintain accurate documentation of all nursing care. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and family members, responding promptly to emergencies and health concerns. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and community regulations while supervising nursing assistants as assigned. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Full-time day shift (6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) with rotating weekends and holidays.
