Job Summary
Floor Manager leads daily front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, coaches and develops staff, and maintains service standards across shifts. The role serves as the primary hospitality leader on the floor, requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment, and emphasizes teaching, coaching, and guest-focused performance. Must have strong knowledge of food, beverage, wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails, with experience in onboarding and training, labor management, and ensuring adherence to service standards. Requires a minimum of 2 years in restaurant management or supervision and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
