Job Summary
Oversee front of house operations while providing excellent customer service and handling guest complaints judiciously. Ensure proper scheduling of the service team, supervise staff development, training, and performance management, and monitor supply requisitions to control costs. Assist with inventory management and enforce policies while maintaining the highest level of service. Requires 2-4 years of management experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment, strong communication skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
