Job Summary
Manage the floor team to deliver efficient service, uphold elevated standards, and ensure seamless guest interactions from greeting to billing. Drive exceptional service by developing systems, leading training sessions on food and drink programs, and coaching staff on core values. Collaborate across departments to align guest experiences with brand expectations while overseeing daily operations, including creating staff rotas and managing labour costs. Support recruitment efforts by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews, then oversee onboarding to ensure new team members are confident and polished. Gather member feedback in partnership with the Membership team to continuously improve offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in similar capacity
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure
- Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests
- Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously
