Job Summary
Manage daily operations and back-of-house activities, including cash office procedures, health and safety policies, stock flow, loss prevention, and scheduling. Drive and inspire associates to process inventory efficiently while ensuring the environment reflects consumer energy. Identify issues based on selling and customer feedback to assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium experience. Lead coaching efforts within a designated area to foster team development. Requires strong English proficiency, retail leadership experience, and flexibility for shifts and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
