Job Summary
Oversee nightly operations in the back-of-house and satellite stockrooms, managing health and safety, shipping, receiving, stock flow, and loss prevention. Drive the team to process stock efficiently while identifying opportunities based on product availability and consumer feedback. Ensure all operational processes meet high standards for shrinkage results and support front-of-house satellite stockroom management. Lead, coach, and inspire associates to maintain the unique energy of the store environment. This role includes a 9pm–6am shift pattern starting October 2026. You will assist leadership in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
- Experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
- Strong focus on communication
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
