Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant floor operations by supervising waiters, captains, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and high guest satisfaction standards. Handle guest complaints, monitor staff grooming and attendance, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs while managing reservations and assisting in staff training. Prepare shift reports and support management in achieving sales targets. This role offers 500 KD based on experience with accommodation and transportation provided in Kuwait for candidates with 4–6 years of hospitality experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/front-of-house management role
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Good communication and team management abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant operations preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods
- Gulf experience preferred
