Job Summary
Deliver outstanding JD service standards by ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support. Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team to meet KPIs. Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes. Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards
- Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance
