FLOOR MANAGER (Henry St)

Floor Manager for Mango at the Henry St store in Dublin. You will be responsible for the general running of the floor, ensuring sales targets are achieved and customer service is at its highest level. You will lead and motivate your team, maintaining an active and pleasant atmosphere in the store. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring product knowledge, maximizing sales through needs-based services, organizing tasks and roles, achieving and exceeding sales targets, prioritizing customer service, and coaching employees for training and development. About you: dynamic, enthusiastic, target-oriented, able to adapt to changes, motivate the team, and grow within a dynamic fashion retail company with international opportunities.
