Job Summary
Oversee front-of-house operations across Lewes and Rehoboth Beach locations, supervise and develop front-of-house staff, ensure exceptional guest service, coordinate daily floor activities, manage opening/closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks, maintain a welcoming environment, ensure health, safety, and liquor-law compliance, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
Required Qualifications
- Prior management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work at Lewes and Rehoboth locations
- Availability for lunch and dinner shifts
- Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure
