Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day dining room operations and supervise Front of House staff to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Manage staff schedules, train team members, uphold health, safety and sanitation standards, monitor inventory and POS operations, participate in budgeting and financial reporting, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service standards, coach staff, and lead opening/closing procedures while fostering a positive team environment and delivering exceptional customer service. Ensure staff understand company policies and procedures, and oversee repairs to equipment and facilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years previous hospitality supervisory/management experience within a high-volume setting
- Two-year associate degree (60 credit hours) in Hospitality, Business etc. or equivalent work experience preferred
- Strong guest service foundation, ability to coach, build a team, problem solve, and leadership skills required
- Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology
