Job Summary
Lead a team to deliver premium brand experiences, manage daily business operations, and ensure inventory accuracy for visual presentation standards. Drive sales targets through digital services and visual merchandising while overseeing product receiving and monthly initiative launches. Coach employees to maintain a positive atmosphere, enforce store compliance with NIKE standards, and implement hiring processes including onboarding. Partner with senior leadership to utilize reporting tools for commercial decisions and analyze data for continuous consumer service improvement. Ensure the team is equipped with brand knowledge for digital enablers and engages in Community Ambassador activities.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
- Experience in retail and/or leadership positions
- Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
- Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team
- Strong focus on communication
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
