Job Summary
Floor Manager in Chatswood will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on a fast-paced luxury beauty retail floor, lead the team to deliver an unbeatable client experience, drive a selling culture to exceed KPI targets, coach and develop staff, utilize reporting data for operational decisions, maintain open communication with leadership, act as Manager in Charge for client and cast member matters, and oversee cross-category functions from beauty to back-of-house. Role requires rotating weekend availability and a history of exceeding sales targets in retail; initial onboarding and ongoing training provided via Sephora's online platform and field trainers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail management
- Profit and loss responsibility
- Sales forecasting
- People management & training
- Stock control and visual merchandising
- Microsoft Office proficiency for daily reporting
- Hands-on leadership on sales floor
- Excellent client service and experiential retail
