Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service team management at One&Only The Palm, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service flow. Lead training, supervision, and performance management of the service team; report to the Restaurant General Manager and Restaurant Manager; bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to deliver outstanding hospitality in a 5-star luxury hotel environment. Knowledge of upscale dining standards, guest relations, and operational discipline is essential for maintaining high service quality in a seasonal role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within upscale hotel/resort or fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to guest experiences
- Proven leadership skills with ability to supervise, motivate, and develop team members
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive with strong initiative and decision-making ability
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement disciplinary procedures when required
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to resolve operational and guest-related issues
