Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant/bar area remains H&S compliant for each shift and run the daily briefing for the team. Coordinate the reservations system, draft floor plans based on covers, and manage cash handling and daily revenue reporting per SOPs. Responsible for service on the floor and bar operations, including safe opening and closing of the restaurant. Support the Restaurant AGM with food and beverage stock ordering, counts, and training on wine, food, and beverage menus. Collaborate with the culinary team on menus, service, and product availability.
