FLOOR MANAGER (40hours, Oxford St)-1

Floor Manager role at Mango on Oxford Street in London. You will be responsible for the general running of the sales floor, leading and motivating the team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring sales targets are achieved or exceeded. You will manage task allocation, coordinate training and development, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and communicate effectively with the team to drive performance. 40 hours per week with full flexibility required, Monday to Sunday.
