Job Summary
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high product knowledge across the store while prioritising sales targets. Organise and distribute tasks to team members, coach employees on training and development, and communicate actively to pass on information affecting sales. Lead and motivate the team to achieve common goals, ensuring an active and pleasant atmosphere at all times. Report to the Store Manager with full flexibility required for a 40-hour week.
