Job Summary
Greet guests, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products to build client-based relationships while achieving personal sales goals. Lead new teammates through daily training, shift orientation, and coaching on sales presentation and visual standards. Manage zone ownership by assigning projects, tracking results, and ensuring merchandise displays meet weekly checklists. Execute point-of-sale procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Recognize and communicate guest levels, navigate inventory tools, and report security risks or policy violations to management. Complete scheduled shifts and cover additional time as needed, adhering to all loss prevention guidelines and store policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page

- Ability to recognize merchandising opportunities from freight to floor and life cycle of product, communicating recommendations and solutions to Store Manager
- Ability to execute and demonstrate all new tools and videos that apply to zone ownership and take initiative in knowing and executing zone ownership questions
- Ability to recognize recruiting opportunities by utilizing Jobs & Careers cards, email referrals and Teammate Recommend
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
