Job Summary
Greet guests, answer product questions, and recommend merchandise to drive sales and achieve personal sales-per-hour goals. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, ensuring floor standards, and tracking product life cycles. Lead and recruit new teammates, coach them on sales presentation and fit cards, and maintain a positive floor culture. Execute operational tasks including cashiering, loss prevention checks, and POS procedures while adhering to store policies. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to complete all scheduled shifts and cover shifts when needed
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
