Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, share sales and promotion updates, and fill out the Sales Presentation Guide daily to achieve personal sales goals. Lead by example, coach new teammates on sales presentation and visual standards, and assign zones with specific learning objectives. Ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and displays follow the weekly visual checklist while tracking results. Execute point-of-sale procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and navigate inventory tools to expand guest selection. Monitor security risks, conduct bag and purse checks, and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to management. Maintain a clean, organized store and complete all scheduled shifts, including flexible hours covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
