Floor Leader (Part-Time)

Floor Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks to create an enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending and locating merchandise, creating a wardrobe experience, demonstrating product knowledge, maintaining current promotions and policies, achieving sales goals, providing legendary service across the front, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register areas, managing exchanges/returns, using the Sales Presentation Guide, recruiting and developing Teammates, supervising visual merchandise, and leading store activities. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, product presentation, inventory awareness, loss prevention adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with Store Management and the Leadership Team. Part-time schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts; benefits are described for part-time teammates.
