Floor Leader (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by achieving personal sales-per-hour targets and maintaining high standards in the front five, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register areas. Lead by example through showmanship, coach new teammates on daily tasks, and assign zones with specific learning goals. Manage visual merchandise standards, execute opening and closing checklists, and ensure the store remains clean and shoppable. Handle loss prevention guidelines, POS procedures, and guest returns while communicating concerns to store leadership. Complete scheduled shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
