Floor Leader (Full-Time)

Floor Leader and Leader in Training responsibilities include sales generation, guest service, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities. Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. Duties include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, achieving personal sales goals, maintaining knowledge of exchanges/returns, using the Sales Presentation Guide, and leading by example with showmanship and customer service. Supervisory and recruiting responsibilities encompass recruiting, training, coaching Teammates, and ensuring adherence to policies, with a focus on creating a positive store culture and achieving Buckle’s mission statement. Special emphasis on Visual Merchandise Management, zone ownership, stock life cycle, and maintaining a shoppable store. The role also requires flexible scheduling, adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines, and the ability to perform duties with a high level of customer service and team collaboration.
