Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend items to create a wardrobing experience. Lead by example with high-level showmanship, coach teammates on sales presentation, and recruit new Teammates to meet accountability standards. Own product zones, execute visual standards, and ensure the sales floor is consistently sized and displayed. Manage opening and closing checklists, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized store while adhering to loss prevention guidelines. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Complete all scheduled shifts and cover shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
