Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, share sales and promotion updates, and consistently meet personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals. Lead by example with high showmanship, coach new teammates on sales presentation and visual standards, and assign daily zones with specific learning goals. Own product placement, ensure sales floor sizing, and execute opening and closing checklists. Recognize and communicate guest levels, handle loss prevention risks, and navigate POS procedures. Complete scheduled shifts, cover shifts as needed, and provide feedback to store leadership on merchandise and policy concerns.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
