Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets and utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Lead by example through showmanship, coach new teammates on sales and fit standards, and assign zone ownership projects with specific learning goals. Manage visual merchandising by ensuring the sales floor is consistently sized, displaying new freight appropriately, and following the Weekly Visual Checklist. Execute POS procedures, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
