Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets and utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Manage visual merchandise through zone ownership, ensuring consistent display standards and tracking product life cycles. Lead new teammates by coaching on sales presentation, loss prevention, and daily tasks while maintaining a positive floor culture. Handle point-of-sale procedures, process returns and exchanges, and monitor security risks to protect store assets. Complete opening and closing checklists, navigate corporate calls, and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to management. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and major holidays while adhering to all store policies and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
