Job Summary
Greet guests, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products to build client relationships. Maintain product knowledge, execute sales presentation guides, and track personal sales goals while ensuring consistent service across the front, sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, confirming visual standards, and executing daily setup and closing checklists. Lead team recruitment, training, and development by coaching new teammates on sales, loss prevention, and fit appointments. Handle point-of-sale procedures, navigate inventory tools, and address security risks or policy violations. Complete flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (POS) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
