Floor Leader (Full-Time)

Floor Leader (Full-Time) at Buckle in Lima, OH leads sales, merchandising and store operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team. Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising on merchandise, achieving sales goals, recruiting and developing Teammates, maintaining visual standards, executing POS procedures, managing daily operations, and upholding Loss Prevention and policy guidelines.
