Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer store and merchandise questions, and recommend products based on guest needs. Maintain product knowledge, share sales and promotion updates, and fill out the Sales Presentation Guide daily to meet personal sales goals. Lead by example, coach new teammates on visual standards and sales techniques, and assign zones with specific learning objectives. Monitor inventory, ensure the sales floor is consistently sized, and execute opening and closing checklists. Handle returns and exchanges, follow loss prevention guidelines including bag checks, and navigate POS procedures. Communicate policy violations or guest concerns to management and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale (“POS”) procedures
- Ability to navigate and execute all tools on the home page
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
