Floor Leader (Full-Time)

Floor Leader in a newly opened Buckle store will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, lead teammates, recruit and develop staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, presenting product knowledge, managing POS procedures, executing visual merchandising and inventory tasks, coaching teammates, and upholding store policies and loss-prevention practices. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer service, teamwork, and execution of the Sales Presentation Guide with a focus on creating an engaging shopping experience for guests.
