Floor Lead

Lead retail operations and oversee day-to-day floor activities by executing meticulous attention to detail and managing registers with rigorous cash handling procedures. Collaborate with the General Manager to train staff, set sales targets, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth and exceed goals. Uphold compliance with local regulations, mediate customer and employee conflicts, and foster a healthy team culture through mentorship and constructive feedback. Ensure every customer interaction reflects exceptional service and product knowledge while maintaining accurate inventory control to minimize shrinkage. Work full-time hours including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, with mandatory district and store meetings.
