Job Summary
Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team regarding Mejuri's Steps of Selling. Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators, including OPH, NPS, SPH, and conversion metrics. Ensure positive customer experiences and promote services such as piercing and engraving. Participate in monthly inventory and cycle counts, support back-of-house flow for sales and BOPIS, and maintain organizational integrity of display and sellable inventory. Uphold brand standards of visual presentation, cleanliness, and functionality while coaching staff on merchandising updates. Onboard new talent, validate performance against review criteria, and build healthy relationships with the team. Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, and risks to cross-functional partners. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base pay range is $22 - $24 per annum.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a high volume retail environment
- Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology
