Job Summary
Floor Lead at Mejuri (Retail) part-time role leading the in-store customer experience on the sales floor, coaching and motivating the team to meet KPIs, overseeing daily operations including inventory, order fulfillment, back-of-house flow, and POS systems. Responsibilities include training staff on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling, driving engagement and performance, managing inventory and shrink, escalating issues with cross-functional teams, supporting visual merchandising standards, onboarding new talent, and fostering a positive, customer-obsessed store environment. Requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a high volume retail environment
- Adaptable with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans
- Physical requirements: Stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.
