Job Summary
Floor Lead on Mejuri's store leadership team focused on delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, coaching and training the team, and executing daily operations. Responsibilities include validating customer experience quality, coaching team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling, driving KPIs (OPH, NPS targets, SPH), supporting inventory and back-of-house processes, assisting with order fulfillment including BOPIS, maintaining display and visual standards, leveraging POS systems and retail tech, and escalating issues with cross-functional partners. Key skills include leadership, customer service excellence, merchandising coordination, inventory management, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a high-volume retail setting; physical requirements include standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs; availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
