Job Summary
Floor Lead on Mejuri's store leadership team responsible for upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations on the sales floor. Drives KPIs and NPS, participates in inventory and back-of-house processes, supports merchandising and visual standards, and coaches staff to deliver a high-quality in-store customer experience with a focus on services offerings like piercing and engraving. Requires experience in a high-volume retail environment, strong organizational/analytical skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a high volume retail environment.

- Excellent organization and analytical skills.
- Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
