Job Summary
Floor Lead - Interim at Sur La Table contributes to store sales by supporting the GM/Store Manager, directing daily store operations as a Manager on Duty, and guiding staff to meet customer service standards. Responsibilities include training employees, coaching in the moment, ensuring inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards, managing timekeeping and POS transactions, supporting sales-driving initiatives, and communicating with both customers and leadership to maintain store performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience
- 1 year of retail supervisory experience
- Proficient in POS Systems
- Some experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- May require Food Handlers Certification
