Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, shot blasting, or sanding concrete floors before repairing cracks and applying epoxy, polyurethane, or resin-based coatings. Mix materials, operate tools like grinders and rollers, and inspect finished floors for quality and durability. Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and maintain a clean work environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel to residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. Open availability for 7-day work weeks and overtime.
