As a Floor Houseperson for Lewisburg Fairfield Inn & Suites, you will maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout guest hallways, public areas, stairwells, elevators, and service areas; stock housekeeping closets with linen, supplies, and guest amenities; transport clean and soiled linen; support Room Attendants with supplies and operational needs; remove trays, trash, and debris; assist with deep cleaning and special projects; operate cleaning equipment safely; follow all housekeeping, safety, sanitation, and security procedures; report maintenance concerns promptly; assist guests with requests in a friendly, professional manner; maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and carts. Qualifications include prior housekeeping, cleaning, or hotel experience preferred but not required; ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift; ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; flexible availability including weekends and holidays; strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
