Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring established standards of cleanliness and reporting maintenance deficiencies. Handle guest complaints and requests while maintaining confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Observe all house, safety, and security procedures, including returning and restocking carts at the end of each shift. Perform additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled. Maintain quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments while communicating effectively with guests, management, and co-workers. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of proper chemical handling are preferred.
