Job Summary
Clean hotel public areas to established standards; report maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints; ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms; observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping procedures, and security procedures; clean and service assigned public spaces; return and restock cart at end of shift; complete deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning as scheduled; perform additional duties as assigned; knowledge of proper chemical handling; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
