Job Summary
Floor Houseperson at The Source Hotel in Denver’s RiNo district supports the housekeeping team and collaborates with the Supervisors/Managers and Room Attendants to maintain cleanliness and efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include stocking and distributing supplies, handling linen and minibar inventories, assisting with room cleaning as needed, responding to guest requests, safeguarding safety procedures, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and collaboration with other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of prior experience in a housekeeping team
- Proven experience in housekeeping
- Proven excellence in customer service
- Ability to use independent judgment/decision-making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and coordinating abilities
- Attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
