Clean hotel public areas as assigned, ensuring established standards of cleanliness and reporting maintenance deficiencies. Handle guest complaints and requests while maintaining confidentiality and security of all guest rooms. Observe all house, safety, and security procedures, and complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal functions as scheduled. Return and restock the cart at the end of each shift. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Previous hotel experience and knowledge of proper chemical handling are required.
