Job Summary
Conduct daily room inspections to maintain high cleanliness standards across 144 bedrooms and 19 private residences in Mayfair. Supervise, mentor, and develop room attendants while leading training sessions on hotel policies, health and safety, and operational procedures. Manage stock levels, report discrepancies, and coordinate cleaning for outside contractors such as window cleaners. Work five days out of seven, potentially covering evening shifts, while utilizing Microsoft applications and Opera/Triton systems to track priorities. Maintain a calm, organized approach under pressure as a key team player within the Housekeeping department.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 4/5 * property
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Polite, professional, friendly and confident in approach
- Good team player
- Flexible
- Reliable
- Hard working
- IT literate
- Comfortable working with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Opera and Triton
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Well organized
- Able to juggle priorities comfortably
- Must be available to work 5 days out of 7
- Must be available to cover the Evening shift
